My excuse is I have a wife and kids and vehicles and a day job and a ministry. I will have weekends where I can knock out 2 or 3 pages and then weeks where I just collapse into bed for a couple of hours a night after dealing with everything else.
I definitely hear that. Thankfully I’m in the next season where my kids need me and my wife less. Thankfully my day job isn’t too physical anymore so I can draw all night after dinner and cleaning the kitchen. Still trying to fit in more ministry activities but just minor gatherings outside Sunday mornings and daily bible study with my son during breakfast. Helps that I work from home mostly. Also thankful for dependable vehicles and a repair shop a half a block away.

Keep grinding! You’ll be glad you did!
Oh good, now I'll have an excuse to buy all the books. :-)
Love it! That'd be awesome!
So much fantastic art in this post! Keep the ol' nose to the grindstone.
